Jon & Amy Visit

My sweet cousin Jon and his girlfriend, Amy drove in from Stillwater to visit on Wednesday evening. We cooked out, hung out on the patio and had a great time catching up. They also kept us up past our bed time! We can't wait for them to visit again, soon:)

Arizona: Anthem Time

On to part two of our trip! On Tuesday afternoon we drove 2.5 hours north to Anthem, to stay with Gabrielle, Mark, Maizy and their new baby, Jackson. Upon arrival the girls were so excited to see Maizy and play in her fabulous backyard. We cooked out, shopped and had a great time playing with the kiddos. Hadlee and Reese were a bit worn out by all their travels by the end of the week. We decided to head back home a day early, but overall they did wonderful on our big adventure, and we all had an amazing time.

Arizona: Tucson Time

We decided to head out west to Arizona, and visit our friends, the Littrells and the Hrniceks. We stayed in Tucson with the Littrells for 4 nights, and had so much fun catching up with our dear friends. We stayed super busy entertaining the kids, going out to fun places to eat, swimming, shopping, golfing and enjoying the beautiful weather! Thanks to our friends for letting us invade their space, and all their hospitality!!

My sweet baby girls

A sweet song sang by Reese aka- the early bird! We quickly learned that the two hour time difference was going to be detrimental to the parents staying up late.  The girls were up by 6am every morning. Reese was up by 5:30 most mornings and would get in bed with whom ever was in her room, Haynes and I took turns swapping bedrooms, since Hadlee slept later (it's only fair)!!

We picked up these hunks up one night
